Touring Guitarist & Bassist wanted for upcoming Tour

We are searching for a touring bassist & guitarist for our upcoming 3-4 month winter / spring school tour planned to start in January/February till May of 2010.

What it is:

We go around to High Schools and Middle Schools all over the states. Can be playing for over 5,000 students a week with full production; sound, lights, etc… We put on an 35 minute fast-paced, high energy assembly for the school, give a pitch for a concert that we hold at the school the following night and then give a small talk at the end dealing with relatable subjects that the schools are trying to get to their students. The next night (like stated above) we put on a 75 minute concert for the school playing our own music along with a few covers. Fallowing the concert, we do a signing, pictures, etc.

This is not a normal kind of tour at all. This is a very fun, fast-paced tour; playing sometimes up to 15 shows a week. If you know of anyone who might be interested in filling the spot, please send a email to shadetreeband@gmail.com with the fallowing:

a. A brief bio about yourself
b. Musical background, touring experience (if any), previous bands/recordings.
c. Contact information: Website/Myspace, Contact number, etc…
d. Anything else you would like to include.

We do offer:

1. A weekly salary (which can be discussed in further details).
2. Weekly food perdium.
3. Hotels, gas, and equipment expenses are covered.
